Here's an attempt at autogenerated repository listing. The R program markup.reposDF.R is used. Email me if you are interested in that utility.

If you are using reposTools you do not need to download packages individually for installation. You can use

library(reposTools)
z <- getReposEntry("http://www.biostat.harvard.edu/~carey/StatSoft/Rpacks")
download.packages2(z, dest=".")
to get the package .gz files into the current dir, or use install.packages2 to accomplish both the download and the installation. Windows zip archives will be made available soon.
